Streamlining the hiring process is crucial for finding the right talent.

Navigate to the Teamtailor Marketplace and locate the PeopleCheck integration.

Click "Activate" to initiate the integration process

On this page, you will see a section displaying a line of text, combining random numbers and letters. This is your integration key.

Copy your integration key and send it to your account manager via email. You can also contact our support team at contact@peoplecheck.com

Go to one of your jobs in Teamtailor and locate the "Triggers" section.

Click the "+" icon to add a new trigger.

Select the hiring stage at which you want to initiate the PeopleCheck background check.

Choose the "Send PeopleCheck Request" option to set up the trigger

When setting up the PeopleCheck trigger, you will be prompted to enter the check package.

After completing the trigger setup, click "Add Trigger" to save the changes.

Once the integration is set up, any candidates who are moved to the specified hiring stage will automatically receive an invitation to complete the PeopleCheck background check.

Once the backgrounds checks have been completed, a final report will be attached to the candidate profile for your review.
